After you have completed our easy online application form, or contacted our sales team on 0800 246 5266 between the hours of 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday. One of our surveyors will call you to arrange a suitable day to visit you.
Our surveyor will bring samples to your home for you to select from and measure the area you would like new flooring in. The surveyor will give you an instant price and assuming you’re happy to proceed, a £50 minimum deposit is taken which reduces your total balance instantly. We then create your agreement and once it is approved, it will allow our payment processor to take a minimum of £10 a week from your bank account on a day most convenient to you.
After your agreement is processed, we will contact you to arrange a suitable fitting date. In busy times, this can take up to 3 weeks, however we aim to schedule your fitting date around 2 weeks. On completion of your newly installed flooring a fitting charge from £40 is to be paid directly to the fitter.
